EXAMS

The examination schedule is determined by the General Assembly of the Department of Aerospace Science and Technology in accordance with the academic calendar. The schedule specifies the overall examination period as well as the examination date for each course.

Examinations are conducted exclusively after the completion of the teaching period of the winter and spring semesters for the courses taught during those respective semesters. First-, second-, third-, and fourth-year students are entitled to sit each course examination twice: once during the regular examination period of the semester in which the course is taught and once during the resit examination period in September.

In particular, final-year students (fifth year and above) are entitled to sit examinations three times: during the regular examination period of the semester in which the course is taught, during the September resit examination period, and during the degree-completion examination period for the course.

Students who have completed the minimum number of semesters required for the award of the degree, according to the indicative curriculum, may, following a decision of the General Assembly of the Department of Aerospace Science and Technology, participate during the winter and spring examination periods of each academic year in examinations for all courses they still owe, regardless of whether the courses are taught in the winter or spring semester.
